School Timing & Rules

General Rules

1. Students, coming late to the school must bring letter of excuse under signature of Parent / Guardian. The specimen signature of parents/ guardians are kept in the school office.
2. If the student gets late more than 3 times in a month, he/she shall be sent back to home.
   
3. No student should remain absent except for special reason, for which leave should be sought in writing. Oral message from parents / guardians will carry no weight and will be ignored.
4. For promotion the students shall have to put in 80% of total attendance but not less than 65% from the starting of the session to the end of the session exclusive of leave granted on medical or other reasonable Grounds.
5. Students are not permitted to leave the school premises during working hours without obtaining permission from the Principal.
   
6. Parents / guardians or visitors are refrained from meeting their wards or teachers during working hours of the school. In case of urgency they may meet the Principal and then she may arrange for such meeting.
7. It is the duty of all students to inculcate the habit of cleanliness and they should assist in keeping the campus neat and clean.
   
8. While every care will be taken by us for the safety of articles brought by the students, we shall not be responsible for any loss.
9. Pupils are warned NOT to bring to school any book/ newspaper/ magazine which contains objectionable or undesirable picture / article /literature.
   
10. Students shall NOT bring cell phones/ Pagers/ digital cameras/ pen drives or any data storage device / i-pods inside the school Premises without written permission from The Principal. In case a student is found with such gadgets, the school reserves the right to confiscate them.
    
11. Students shall bring their own lunch from home. No purchase from hawkers will be permitted.
12. Every student shall have to take part to enter the school games and other co- curricular activities unless declared physically unfit by a medical practitioner or is exempted by the Principal.
13. Parents / Guardians will be allowed in the school premises if they possess identification card issued by the school.
    
14. After 15th of every month, per day Rs.10 /- will be charged as a fine incase monthly dues are not cleared till 15th of every month.
